Registering online for the first time?

Creating an online account is fast and easy and simplifies your future registrations. You may create an account for yourself as an individual student and you may sign up members of your family using the same account.

To register by fax, mail, or in person, see our Registration Policies for more information. To register over the phone, call the Registrar at 301-634-2226.
To redeem a membership coupon for a waived registration fee you must register by mail or in person at the Partnership Office.
